We are aware of a performance issues affecting several of ours hosted clients. We are working closely with our server management team to resolve this as soon as possible.
On Monday February 6th, you may have noticed a message with “Hacked” on the GT login screen. We want to ensure our customers this did not affect or expose their data in any way.

On Friday (11/23/2012) at 12:00 PM CST we will be performing maintenance and updates in our hosted environment that will require server restarts. Service for clients in our hosted environment will be interrupted. We expect maintenance to last an hour.
There will be maintenance on a portion of our core network on Saturday, October 13, 2012. The maintenance window will be from 10:00 PM CST to 3:00 AM CST. This maintenance is required to address an issue with the network infrastructure in the data center. While the maintenance window is 5 hours, we expect less than 30 minutes of service interruption.
