Guardian Tracking Performance Issues

We are aware of a performance issues affecting several of ours hosted clients. We are working closely with our server management team to resolve this as soon as possible. This morning we performed some upgrades that required server restarts. This action resulted in around 5 minutes of downtime. We are monitoring the servers now to see if additional resources and optimizations will be needed. Thank you for your patience.


We have made several resource adjustments and optimizations. As of now, the problem seems resolved but we are closely monitoring the servers. Additional optimizations are planned but will wait until this weekend as they will require server restarts.
