Lt. Paul Boulware (ret), retired after twenty-four years of experience in law enforcement with the Anderson Police Department and Madison County Sheriff’s Department. Over 15 years of Paul’s career were spent in supervision. Paul has an eclectic back ground in his law enforcement experience; He was the Field Training Coordinator, Indiana Law Enforcement Certified Instructor, Long Standing Member of the Pursuit & Accident Review Board. Paul was also responsible for the design & implementation of the School Resources Officers Program with a focus on Early Intervention. The Program received national recognition by the International Association of Chiefs of Police as a model program.

I joined Guardian Tracking because I wanted to join a company that is aimed at helping EVERYONE in an agency. I’ve been working with Law Enforcement for over 5 years, and Guardian Tracking is the only program that I have seen that truly brings value to every person in an organization!Read More...
Brian is a developer for Guardian Tracking and has been working professionally with software since 2012. Brian loves the outdoors, taking regular camping trips, hiking trails, or bicycle rides. Once Brian rode his bicycle from New Jersey to Florida camping in the woods along the way. He is enthusiastic about board games, enjoys all flavors of ice cream, and loves dogs.Read More...
Lt. Jerry D. Miller (ret), retired from the Anderson (IN) Police Department after a diverse career that spanned more than 32 years. His service took a variety of roles within different divisions, working as a uniform officer, a scene technician, a detective, and a K9 handler. Over 23 of these years include leading uniform and non-uniform police officers and civilian personnel in the rank of sergeant, lieutenant, and assistant chief. For seven years, he commanded the Anderson Police Department’s Criminal Intelligence/Crime Analysis Unit and the Madison County Drug Task Force. Later he served as the commander of the Special Services Division, which includes the department’s research, planning and policy development initiatives and grant writing.
In addition to his years of experience, Lieutenant Miller is a graduate of the Police Executive Leadership Academy. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Anderson University and a Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.Read More...
Lt. Mike Reed (ret.), co-owner of Guardian Tracking, retired from the Anderson (IN) Police Department with more than thirty-one years of service. Over twenty of those years included supervising and managing employee performance of police personnel. For several years, Mike was an assessor for the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Mike is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps as well as a graduate of the FBI National Academy.Read More...

Graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in April of 2016 and joined the Guardian Tracking team in May. I graduated from the AACSB accredited Romain College of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Lt. Leon Wasilewski (ret), co-owner of Guardian Tracking, retired after thirty years in law enforcement, twenty of which were spent in supervision. Leon’s project management skills were utilized on many large scale projects including; managing the initial CALEA accreditation process; implementation of the department’s dictation system; managing a radio project for the City of Anderson (that reduced the number of different systems from thirteen to… one); managing the funding and implementation of the department’s Mobile Data System; implementing a new law enforcement records and computer-aided dispatching software (a multi-agency project) and finally managing the building of Anderson’s new police department complex, a 40,000 square foot facility which opened in August of 2004. After the initial accreditation process Leon became an assessor for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies.Read More...
