As a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher, Dr. Lilly uses evidence-based methods to identify problems and solutions for departments that wish to enhance the health, wellness, and performance of employees. This includes a thorough assessment of the most salient and troublesome behaviors seen in the agency, engagement in difficult and critical dialogue with struggling employees and/or leadership, and recommendations for improvement at the individual and organizational level. Dr. Lilly’s emphasis is on problematic interpersonal behaviors, such as relational aggression, social loafing, and diffusion of responsibility, as well as assessment of barriers to better health among employees.
