Graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in April of 2016 and joined the Guardian Tracking team in May. I graduated from the AACSB accredited Romain College of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
Why GT? (What led you to this path? And what keeps you going?)
Throughout my college career studying business, I was never really sure what path I wanted to take in the business world, until my senior year. As I got into the sales and marketing classes, I fell in love with the social interactions and overall process of helping people or organizations solve their problems and meet their needs. The obstacle of quality and accurate documentation on employees, that Guardian Tracking continues to help organizations overcome, is one that I found myself very passionate in. Joining the Guardian Tracking team seemed like a no-brainer. Learning more and more about the power of good documentation and being able to pass that information on to existing and potential client’s makes this career so rewarding. Furthermore, being surrounded by a one of a kind team, makes this a continuous fun and educational experience.
When you’re not working, what can you be found doing?
I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my wife, two boys, family, and friends. I like to stay active by working out and golfing as often as I can. Staying in shape both physically and mentally is also an important part of my everyday life. Whether it’s working out in the gym, running and biking local trails, flag-football, golfing, or the occasional geocache hunt – I like to stay active every day. I also like to cook and grill as often as I can in an attempt to try lots of different foods. Finally, during their respective seasons, you can find me rooting for the Pacers, Colts, and of course, my fantasy football team.
